Fields marked with an asterisk are considered mandatory (Name, Description, Type (must be Custom Module), Duration, and Zip File (SCORM package)). The others are optional.
Currently, there are some limitations regarding the zip file size (maximum 200MB) and especially the content types of the files inside it. Once the data is entered and the SCORM file is associated, you can proceed to upload the educational activity by clicking the Save button.
After the upload is complete, the modal will close, and the educational object will automatically be positioned as the first in the list.
Clicking on the three dots next to each object opens the Actions context menu.
Depending on the educational object being referenced, this menu may include several options such as:
Preview → to get a preview of the educational content
Show → to open the creation modal with fields in read-only mode
Edit → to modify one or more parameters (among those allowed) related to the object
Image Versioning → to add a new version of the image associated with the activity
SCORM File Versioning → to add a new version of the SCORM file (zip) associated with the activity
Language Management → allows you to add/modify/delete the languages of the educational content (essentially defining the presence of a language and determining the title and description that will appear on the activity card)
Belonging Paths → lists all the paths (meaning the educational paths or sets of activities) in which the activity has been included
Delete → allows you to delete the educational activity (you can choose between a logical deletion or one that includes data)
Once the educational activity is created, it's necessary to define a path (which is nothing more than a logical set of one or more educational activities). This is because a single educational activity cannot be associated with students except through an actual path.
To do this, you need to navigate using the tabs at the top and select the Paths option.
