The Cyber Score - Evolution and Comparison
The “Cyber Score” chart shows the evolution of the cyber score over time, comparing the overall company data, the specific user data, and the user's team data (in case of team gamification).
The chart updates every 8 hours (the last update date on the chart is the reference).

Rankings
In the "Progress" section, you can access various rankings: simply choose the option you want to view from the dropdown menu next to "Rankings".
The rankings update daily.

Scores
In this section, students can see the scores they have achieved, analyzed over time and compared with those of their team (in case of team gamification) and the company.
This section might not be visible if gamification has been disabled for the company.
Scores update every 8 hours (the last update date on the chart is the reference).
Phishing Emails
In this section, you can view simulation emails clicked or reported by the user, only during the campaign's validity period and provided that the report was made following the correct flow.
The data shown is updated based on completed campaigns.
Note: Any clicks or reports made after the campaign closes will not be recorded.
This section might not be visible, as its activation depends on the configurations set by the individual company.
Activities
In the "Activities" section, you can see the educational activities COMPLETED by the student, with information on the type of activity, the completion date, and the scores obtained for each.
The indicated score does not include badges earned in the activity (bonus points).
